Zain Hussein

Graduated in Biomedical Science at the Damascus University. He has specialized experience in DNA nanotechnology, focusing on cancer therapy and disease diagnosis. During his master’s at ITMO University, he worked on developing hybridization probes and diagnostic kits for detecting disease biomarkers. In his graduate studies, he has been responsible for projects related to screening antisense oligonucleotides targeting key housekeeping genes in various cell lines, as well as exploring new DNA-based constructs designed to reduce gene expression.
